Electrical engineer and head of technical services at Sycodal, a hands-on man and leader who has extensive experience in programming automation and maintaining electrical installations, he has participated in the realization of various sensitive automation projects. Having been part of the Sycodal family since 2013, he has always contributed to the advancement of the company in the Canadian market. As a member of the service team, and as director of technical services, his objective is to guarantee flawless efficiency and optimal quality of service in order to retain a continually growing customer base.
Thomas Reid is the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Sycodal, a company that develops intelligent robotics solutions for various industries. He is responsible for defining and implementing the vision, strategy and execution of AI projects, as well as leading a team of data scientists, engineers and researchers. Prior to joining Sycodal, he was the leader of the AI and machine learning systems engineering practice at Bombardier, where he designed and led the development and operationalization of the company's cloud data platform . He also led the development of AI solutions for business aerospace, using deep learning techniques for computer vision, time series processing and natural language processing applications. He has a strong background in simulation and optimization, having developed advanced products for in-flight icing, thermal ice protection systems, wind turbines and food processing.
Guy Filteau is a seasoned customer service professional in the automation field. He joined Sycodal in 2021 and has since helped drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through his personalized and proactive approach. He is responsible for customer service, procurement and logistics and participates in sales management within the company. Customer-oriented, Guy Filteau strives to understand the needs and expectations of each client and to offer them adapted and optimal solutions.
